Feet to the Fire is coming back... LIVE! After talks with Erik at TogiNET Radio, the way has been paved to have Feet to the Fire come back LIVE and with Pre-Recorded sections (as needed).
What I hope to do is start out the show live, and if I cannot finish live, will at least have new pre-recorded segments. On weeks I cannot do either live or new pre-record, I have several shows that have not aired in the past year that will fill in as needed.
Tonight begins the new, regular shedule of live shows. We will start out live, and have tag on prerecorded interviews on the end. (Some guests need to be pre-recorded, and some Mondays, I have to leave town early).

With us tonight, we have Activist-Journalist Janet Phan- herself a victim of the corrupt courts and appointed guardians, and Illinois attorney, Ken Ditkowsky who has been a target of attacks for speaking up professionally about this problem.
Janet Phelan is an investigative reporter whose articles at one time appeared in the Los Angeles Times, the Long Beach Press Telegram, Oui Magazine and other mainstream venues. Janet "jumped ship" back in 2004 and now writes exclusively for independent media. She focuses on issues relevant to legal corruption and also on biological weapons. Her first book, "The Hitler Poems," was published in 2005. "Exile" should be out later this year. She currently resides in Mexico.
Ken Ditkowsky has been a lawyer, practicing civil law in the State of Illinois since 1961. The bulk of his practice has been in the Civil Courts, however, in his fifty years plus he's appeared in just about Court in the Jurisdiction and developed about the most interesting collection of clients that any
practitioner could be blessed to represent. In dealing with this Guardian Abuse issues, he has coined the terms, "Elder Cleansing" (as they "cleanse" the elderly of teir money- then lives) and "Ethics Cleansing" (as the system rooots out whistleblowers who try to shine light on these dirty deeds).
"The interesting people who have come into my office have provided me the opportunity to address a large variety of subjects that included defending a serial killer, representing condominium developers and developments, manufacturing firms, and just about every legal and moral human endeavor. On Monday I am expecting a decision from the Appellate Court of Illinois on lawsuit related to a Mortgage foreclosure case. Ed Opperman is President and senior investigator of Opperman Investigations Inc, a private detective agency based in Colorado is also President of Accurate Information Recovery. A computer and cell phone forensics examination and data recovery company based in Nevada.
In 1997 using his experience in telecommunications Ed began to investigate and trace emails back to the sender. He was able to use these techniques to locate and identify an organized group of Usenet cyber stalkers that were at the core of a 60 million dollar defamation lawsuit. At the time this type of investigation was unheard of. But Ed developed many techniques that are now considered to be the standard methods used by FBI and DHS in email tracing investigations. More recently Ed Opperman Investigations Inc and EmailRevealer.com were enlisted by Howard Stern’s “Howard 100 News” dept to identify the sender of a false and defamatory email sent to thwart the appointment of a candidate in Greenwich Conn .
He used these email tracing techniques to invent a method of Internet infidelity investigation to trace a persons email address to online dating personal ads, dating sites, social networks, porn site, cam site and escort site memberships. Opperman Investigations Inc is the inventor and sole provider of this service worldwide.
In previous interviews and private conversations, James has noticed a philosophical perspective in Ed that brings a interesting edge and commentary to discussions on currant topics and the examinations of principles and paradigms prompting James to ask Ed to return to F2F for inclusion of his perspective on various topics.
